Reinforced Nylon Handle Delica

Since 1990 our lightweight Delica has been everyones favorite.  You'll find it used by all branches of serving and saving professionals and for everyday use around the home, job or recreational activities.  It's that perfect knife you want with you at all times.  Last year we improved it by changing the blade grind to flat and the steel to VG10.  It still has the volcano grip FRN handle with an ambidextrous black clip and a David Boye dent in the locking lever.

Stainless Steel Handle Delica

The all stainless version of our popular Delica came on board in 1996 It is slightly beefier and provides  a sense of solidity yet doesn't feel like you're carrying a heavyweight.  The blade is stamped from AUS6 SS, the handle has predrilled holes for the metal clip allowing tip up/tip down carry and the David Boye dent in the locking lever.  Its SS handle is great for embellishing or engraving.
